Submit up to 3,000 words for feedback per year and receive a 1 - 3 page critique of what works and what needs a little attention.
Attend our Spring, in-person one-day writing retreat at the beautiful Jubilee Center for Ecology and Spirituality, located in Springfield, Illinois.
The option to have your Amazon book launches receive the support of our members. They'll provide reviews on the release day. (This is a key element in digital publishing.)
When CHI publishes an anthology of short stories, our members are given first access to the submission page.
You’ll be a part of a Cooperative of authors, helping others as you learn, receiving guidance as you need.

EVERY person has a story to share, and that’s why we do this.

Members are required to do the following:

Pay an annual fee of $50.

The only other expense generated through CHI is $20 for the ISBN tracking number. We do not cover design, interior design, proofreading, etc. as a part of your membership. (We do offer those services separately.)
If you wish to publish a novel, please submit your completed and fully edited manuscripts to the PANEL for review following the format guidelines you receive upon joining. We will also need to see the mockup of the cover design and the interior design.
Assist in book launches! Your fellow cohorts in the collective need your support. By buying the $.99 book on the day of the release and leaving a positive, yet honest, review, you help set them up for success. (Please remember, you can choose to leave no review. If it's not your cup of tea, we don't want you say it is.)

Be honest. Be positive. You will ONLY be asked to review final works that have gone through panel review.
Create your own accounts for the outlets you wish to use. Examples: Amazon; Bookfunnel, etc. We do not handle any of the finances for your sales.
